Everything starts with the handbook. Itβs critical that all employees are aware of the policies and procedures which govern the restaurant, our employees, and our guests. It is mandatory that all members of the staff familiarize themselves with the policies outlined in the employee handbook. Failure to follow these procedures is grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
