7SHIFTS ONBOARDING GUIDELINES

onboarding manager is to proceed with the following steps:

1) Create Toast login for employee and have them clock in (please include email and phone information)
2) Add employee to 7Shifts, at the bottom select both to invite and also to send the Onboarding Package
3) Employee is to check their email for the link from 7Shifts. Once they create an account, they will be prompted to begin the onboarding process. They can do this from an office computer.
4) Employee must fill out the Direct Deposit Authorization linked here.
5) Employee will download the WhatsApp app, and scan the appropriate departmental QR codes below.
